Document Submission Guidelines

All content should be provided as plain text. If you want to send Word or PDF documents as well, you may, but a plain text version with any links marked simply with the address beside the word/phrase you want linked, is more than adequate for most content. Exceptions include large documents with specific formatting that are being converted to the web, or extremely specific marketing goals. If you're not sure, please ask.

top

Please provide all logos in .eps format (v8), preferably vector. If vector formatting is not available, then the largest size possible is required. All illustrations should be provided in .ai format with all layers and objects preserved.

Photograph Submission Guidelines

Photographs should be large enough to edit and resize for consistent view (e.g. at least 800x600). Larger images are easily accomodated however smaller images, even for a headshot, will greatly reduce the quality and appearance of the final result. Please do not sharpen or compress images before sending them as this severely degrades image quality.

Streaming Media Submission Guidelines

All media files should be provided ready to upload. We do not edit video or audio files but we can convert them if needed to web-ready formats. If the media file is over 2M many email providers will not handle the file, please contact us for ftp upload information.
